CONTEST RULES

The contest is open to the general public as well as anyone currently subscribed to the Cricut Cartridges newsletter and other services owned by Gunn Marketing Services. You must be of age of majority in your country and state. Identification must be produced on request.

The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.

By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Gunn Marketing Services may deem appropriate.

In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Gunn Marketing Services may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).

The person(s) whose name(s) is drawn as being the winner(s) of the specific prize will be required to respond to an email sent to them at at address used to enter the contest in order for the prize to be awarded to them.

Gunn Marketing Services retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

Gunn Marketing Services has the right to limit the value of a prize in such cases if the Cricut Cartridge is NOT available in a relatively acceptable period of time as determined by Gunn Marketing Services and/or is above $100 US.

This contest is subject to all federal, provincial, municipal laws. As well as laws in your own country from which you are participating from.

Gunn Marketing Services reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.

Contest open to anyone in the world. This contest may be prohibited in some states or countries. It is up to the entrant to follow his/her own laws of their residing country and/or state or province or territory.

One entry per person. You will have a total of two chances to win but this is considered one entry.

You must follow and be compliant to the CANSPAM Act. Any violation of the promotion of this contest will NOT be tolerated. Your entry will be removed immediately; you will be reported to the proper authorities and may be fined up to and including $25,000 by Gunn Marketing Services as damages of credibility, reputation and other legal issues that may occur from your actions.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete the entry form from at http://www.cricutcartridges.net and confirm their email address by following the directions posted. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of the draw (TBA). Unconfirmed emails will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of Gunn Marketing Services. Gunn Marketing Services  are not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.

We have the right to replace the prize of a Cricut Cartridge with another prize of equal or lesser value up to $100. By entering your name and email
address into the capture form provided for this contest you agree to be notified by email to claim your prize. Also, if your email is undeliverable or our
email bounces or you do not confirm your email address then you forfeit your entry ballet.
