Tear Drop
Finding just the right font for a project can really add that extra touch that sets it off. One of the more unique fonts available is the Tear Drop Cricut Cartridge which along with the font also includes a variety of words. While the creative features included are square, alpha-clips, tall, dropless, shadow and shadow/blackout.
This is a very cute font which has drops at the end of the letters and has a retro 70′s look. As with most other font carts you get an upper and lowercase alphabet along with numbers and punctuation. While the words include such things as and, from: and the.
Though what’s really good about this cart is that the creative features allow you to really change the way the font looks. The dropless feature gets rid of the drops on the letters while the tall feature makes each letter half the width. But my favorite is probably the square feature as it allows you top cut either a letter or number which is centered in a square. This is perfect for use when creating birthday cards.
The fact that the creative features included on this cart allow you to radically alter the way the font looks means it’s excellent value for money. As you can change it depending on your projects needs.

Tear Drop Cricut Cartridge Reviews:
“This is one of my favorite font cartridges. I love the way the letters come out…so delicate, but they can be for all kinds of “moods”. Just really a great look for my layouts !”
“This is my least favorite font. When I bought it, I thought I would love it. I worked at a store for 6 years that did personalization and this reminded me of one of the lettering styles we offered. But, I just have not been thrilled with this one.”

This is, so far, my favorite font! I just love it. It is very easy to use. I use it when I do lots of writing on my pages. I really would like to buy the Jasmine cartridge now.
Tear Drop allows for a unique look to titles. I also like the fact you can remove the tear drop and use it plain.

I just got this for Christmas and I just love it! It makes the pages come alive! I can’t wait to use it some more!
I really like my Tear drop cassette, I like the different shape of the letters more than just the basic.
We had a family reunion last year on 4th of July. I made all of the invitations. How nice to make shadowed lettering for the front of the invites.

I bought Tear Drop when Michaels had a sale for $19.99 on all cartridges…I’m glad I didn’t spend more on it. I remembering wanting because of the font but I’ve only used it once since I bought it at christmas…it’s not one that comes to mind when I have a project to do.
I really love this cartridge. The letters are my favorite to use. It is classic and yet not too formal for my scrapbook about my grandson.
I love this one. I have made numerous birthday cards for my co-workers I use the frame from Home Accents and the Tear Drop Happy Birthday with balloons…. Everyone who has received a card from me has appeared to be very impressed
Really love the font on this cartridge. Use it more than most of the others.
I like this font and it’s my most whimsical so far. I was a bit disappointed because there’s not much shape on the cartridge (some font cartridges have more).
