Paper Doll Dress Up
With the paper doll cart you can really let your imagination run wild. As it allows you to create anything from princesses to creatures from outer space. The creative features included are headwear, accessories 1, accessories 2 , accessories 3, tabs and blackout. Though this set doesn’t come with any words or phrases but you won’t really notice their absence.
This cart provides you with all you need to create your favourite superhero or fairytale character and everything else in between. Though probably the best part is creating the faces and there’s a number of different ways of doing so depending on the look you’re after. You can cut out the facial features then draw over them using pens, markers or coloured pencils. Or you can cut the body out using the blackout feature then cut out the body with facial features and use it as a stencil to add the face. Finally you can just cut the body out on blackout and simply draw on the face.
The things you can create using this cart are only limited by your imagination. Making it great for use when creating cards, party invites and gift tags. Of course you can also create dolls and provide them with a variety of different outfits.
Great cartridge easy to work with
My Daughter runs a Daycare from her home and I took the paper dolls dress up cartridge and made a lot of different design outfit and took them over to her so the kids could play and the had a blast. I just love this and so did they.
I always suggest to new cricut owners to purchase “Paper Doll Dress-up” as one of their first cartridges. It has so much on it that you can use. You need a rope you can find it on the cowboy page. You need a crown you can find it on the princess page, etc. It is one of the best cartridges for scrapbooking!
This is another one of my favorite cartridges because their are so-o-o many things you can use on it. For every season and every event there is something you can use on this cartridge. If you want paper dolls you have the option of using the magnetic sheets, cardstock or even fabric to cut them out and create different clothing for them. If you are into scrapbooking or making cards there really is something for every event in your life. I just made some baby shower invitations for my daughter-in-law and she loved them, using the doll and the blackout footy pj’s on page 56. I’ve also created the bride & groom on pages 30-31 which were adorable! If you don’t own this one it’s definately a must-have. Have fun, De’nise;)
I bought this cartridge because i thought it looked liked there was a lot of good things on it but found it a bit fidley at having to use lots of differant card to make a dressed up doll.
