I recently purchased this cartridge for my Cricut and I love it. I like the different holiday shaps and have used them for more than just the months. For example, I went on a ghost tour and used the Halloween decorations to spook up the page a bit. So I recommend it!
I bought this cartridge to help me spice up my Christmas gifts. One of the things I love to do is create hanging calendars for Christmas for family members using photos of my boys and/or leaving some months blank on the top for them to insert photos of their own families. It’s gotten rave reviews, and with this cartridge, the process will be fun and much quicker than the rubber stamps I’ve been using! I am SO excited about all the events and sayings/artwork that I can put in the envelope for them to attach to their calendars to personalize them. It’s a fantastic idea, and I appreciate the creator of this cartridge immensely!
I purchased this cartridge after Thanksgiving Day 2009 on sale, I had been wanting it for quite some time. I used it to make my sister and brother in law a calendar for 2010 for one of their Christmas Presents. I made it a 12×12 and decorated each month with something different, I wish I had taken pictures to post. It is a great cartridge I have used it also for different holidays too. When I made a centerpiece for St. Patty’s Day I used the St Patty’s sign and pot of gold to decorate. This cartridge is just so much fun and can be used for way more than calendars.
I got the callender cartridge and am so confused on how to use it, I have alot of other cartridges and have no problem but this one I can not figure out, even with the info that came in the box,
can someone help me?
I am a little confused myself about this cartridge. I started cutting my shapes and words first. I just wanted to cut the grid and print the calendar on my printer to go underneath the grid. Unfortunately, the grid only has 5 rows. Some months need 6 rows, like January 2011. Was I ever disappointed in Provocrafts poor design, not to mention they didn’t bother taking the cartridges off the shelves and correct the problem…..if I am doing something wrong and can somehow get a grid with 6 rows off of this cartridge without using the design studio, I would sure like to know.
I just purchased this cartridge and am very excited to start using it. Although I was hoping to get some calendars done for family, my first project is going to be getting monthly calendars done for myself. I am hoping by having the calendar created, I can log things that my boys and I do on certain days (example – Thursday, Jan 6 – pizza party and fun zone) and then use the calendar to help organize my family’s 2011 scrapbook! Each calendar page will serve as a part of the scrapbook and we will always be able to look back on each month and know what special events took place!
