There is no denying that the Cricut machine  and the Cricut Cartridges are one of the greatest creations ever for anyone who does scrapbooking, card design, or even sets up bulletin boards. Through the use of this amazing little machine a person can easily cut out intricate shapes and letters from paper. Unlike in the past you no longer have to worry about carefully drawing lines onto paper using a stencil or plastic cut out and then carefully cutting the drawn shape out with a pair of scissors. You also don’t have to worry about the Cricut machine messing up. It will cut these shapes and letters out perfectly every time and in such an efficient fashion that you will find there is virtually no paper left over when it is done with the task. The process is easy, efficient, and flawless.

There are a wide variety of Cricut fonts which are available for use with your Cricut machine. Like computer fonts Cricut fonts are all unique in their shape and design structure. The difference between your computer fonts and Cricut fonts is that the Cricut will actually cut these letters out of paper using these fonts. The styles and types of fonts which can be made using the Cricut machine are almost limitless.

What Are Cricut Cartridges

Cathy "Scraps"by Cathy Scraps filed under About Cricut Cartridges

A Cricut Cartridge is much like a computer disk or jump drive; it holds and stores die cut information. When you insert a Cricut Cartridge into your Cricut system, you can choose from any of the die cuts saved on that Cricut Cartridge to print out. Cricut Cartridges come in different themes, such as “Christmas Cheer”, “Disney’s Mickey and Friends”, “Calligraphy”, “Storybook Creations”, and “50 States Cartridge”. Once you’ve chosen the die cut you wish to make from the cartridge, you simply add the paper that you want the die cut formed on and your figure is made in seconds!
